Hi all, I am thinking about going to Wayne County on Wed. or Thurs. on a spur of the moment research trip from New Jersey. Probably for two days. My ancestor's married there in Honesdale in 1844 (Jacob Cole and Priscilla Reed). He was from Warren Co, NJ, she was born in PA. Could anyone help me in telling me what resources are there for that time period, along with any address and phone numbers? I am not sure when they left that area, but by 1856 their 3rd child was born in Illinois. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone could give! My kids are at their cousin's house this week for a vacation, and Honesdale is less than 3 hours away, so I thought this is the best time to go there during the week. Thanks Loads!!! Anisah :)
