Higginson Books (http://www.higginsonbooks.com) sells facsimile copies of out-of-print books. $119 is a good price for Mathews (Higginson is around $150). It doesn't have a good index and contains some errors, but all in all it's the best. As noted earlier, the other histories can all be purchased from the Wayne County Historical Society or the Equinunk Historical Society.
