Alas I can only read what is written on the records I have - being rather further removed from the research archives than most :-) to quote from the top of the census page 816 the "" secions being handwritten Free inhabitants in "Wayne Borough" in the County of "Wayne" State of "Penn" enumerated by me, on the "16th" day of "June" 1860. "Wm H Ham" Ass't Marshall Post Office "Starucca PA" At least now I understand why there was a bit of movement between Bethany and Dyberry.
