Holly, According to the Bicentennial history book, Wayne Borough was established (from parts of Preston and Scott townships) in 1853, and the name was changed to Starrucca Borough (actually it was Starucca in its earlier days - the second "r" was added later) in 1873. Neither borough existed in the 1850 census or before. It's very important in doing Wayne County research to know stuff like this - that is, the dates that townships were formed and what entities they were formed from. It's very common for families to live in the same house their entire lives but be in different geographical entities every time the census enumerator came around.
