James Claude Brown is a 2nd cousin. He is the son of Arthur Brown and Eva Gifford. Eva is the daughter of James Gifford the brother of Robert Gifford (my grandfather). Arthur was born in 1895 and Claude in 1919. Claude served in the army in WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. I have a greatgreatgrand father, Samuel Kimble, that was born in PA, I believe Wayne County. I hope this information helps.
