    1. [PAWAYNE-L] New NEPA census data
    2. Frederick Myers
    3. Hello all Thanks to Joan Francis in creating a new site with the cemetery data for Pike county and adjoining New York. A link now appears on my general NEPA genealogy page (see below) The added data is from the 1860 census for Wayne County. Bethany Township and Wayne Boro - Starucca PO (smile Elaine) are the start. With this entry, Bethany data is included for the 1850/1860 and 1870 censuses and the migration of some families can be followed in the census information. I have included this connection where I have found them. However the matching process does not pick up the matching of names with initials only for the Christian names. So any pointers were families can be matched from one census to another is appreciated. I will continue working on finishing the 1850 Pike County census and am open to suggestions as to the next 1860 township(s) that people would like to see. Have a joyous and safe holiday season. 3. Small correction. Bethany is a borough situated within Dyberry Township. It's always wise to check both for ancestors who lived in that area. And, of course, Wayne Borough later became Starrucca Borough. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Frederick Myers" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, December 20, 2001 9:02 AM Subject: [PAWAYNE-L] New NEPA census data
