For those who were searching for the subject book a few months ago, it is now in the Barnes & Noble online catalog with a 3-5 week wait for delivery. It is published by Heritage Books but I could not find it in their catalog. The B&N price $17 plus Shipping. Perhaps the shipping delay means that it is not yet available and Heritage Books will be offering a pre-publication price, but I went ahead and ordered my copy from B&N. Ann
