I do find it odd, No Clara, Clarisse b. c1862-1864, or 2 yrs etiehr side, in 1870 NY or PA. There was a match, of a 17 yr old, in 1880, out in Wisconsin, and guess what, she was b. in NY. I tried a scan for Clara Sheldon, Clara Tyler, Clara Cole, --- Also Clarissa, or Clarice---in 1880 on all the subscription lists, and my cousin has a couple I don't---she is no where to be found. ditto 1900. NY, PA, NJ, or the US of A. Aspointed out, she should have shown 1880, pregnant (which wouldn't be mentioned) with her hsuband, bywhatever name. I did a Tyler name only for Wayne Co. PA 1880------saw no likely looking candidates, yet the kids say they were born in Bramen. Tried the same for Delaware Co., NY--those Tylers, and Coles, did like to flip flop----------- no could be-s there, either. She was somewhere getting pregnant a lot. slight grin. Sheila / Firehair (I hate loose ends, orphan folks!!!)
