I found the same Jefferson C. Tyler with wife Lovisa. However, I did find Verne L. Tyler age 13 living in 1910 in Wayne Co,, Manchester Township. He was born in NY. His father was born in PA, and his mother in NY. He is the stepson of Frank Cole, head age 56, married for 6 years, and Clara A., wife, age 48 married for the second time, and married for 6 yeass, with seven children, six living. Born NY father b. England, mother b. NY. Clara Tyler Cole, from your last message, must be his mother. Does this help?
