Hi Ann, I may have found another of Clara's children. 1900 Census for Manchester Township, Wayne County, PA shows a Frank Tyler, born April 1888 as adopted. He is living in the household of Nicholas Kelly, who is a widower of 74. Also in the household are Nicholas' children, a daughter Emma, aged 33 and a son Joseph, aged 30. Carol
