I have become tired of doctors asking me if My family has died of this problem or that problem. I have decided to keep a log of causes of death to see if there are any common problems that I should concern myself with. I have received a few death certificates of some of my ancestors. Some of the causes I can not read or make out as to what they can be. Does anyone have a web site that has a list of common causes and what they might be? For instance Jacob E Shaffer of South Canaan died June 22, 1917 and his cause of death is listed as Ap_l___xy. These are the only letters that I can make out. Any help is appreciated. Mike Daly
