Thank you Cindy - a lot of that is new to me. Thomas Neville and Sylva (not Sylvia) Butler are my great grandparents. I will copy this and keep looking. I did go to Beragh, Ulster, Northern Ireland and saw the village that Joshua emigrated from and talked on the phone to Oliver Neville, the last, bachelor, Neville living there. He was not too impressed to have someone looking for the family, but it was interesting. There are no more Nevilles in our family line - all of my generation were daughters. How are you connected?
