I was showing a friend how to use the microfilm reader today and when she showed me her family, imagine my surprise that she was showing me WAYNE co. PA.. Mt. Pleasant township... I no nothing of this family, But told her I would put the name out, (she doesn't have a home computer to do so herself) Anyone out there related to the DIR's?? Iris

Iris, There are many Dixes in Wayne County. I believe Elijah Dix was the first settler in Mt. Pleasant Twp.
