I am new to this site. I have been searching for my Moran family in Wayne CO. PA. My Great-grandfather Michael Moran m. Catherine McCormick some time prior to 1844. According to the Wayne, CO 1860 census Michael was 46 and Catherine was 40 and both born in Ireland. In 1860 they had six children: Mary Ann 16, Thomas 14, Elizabeth 10, (m Michael Rilley) Michael 6, James 4, and Christopher 1. My Grandfather Patrick Edward was born in 1866 and would be recorded on the PA 1870 census. Is it possible that someone in that area having access to the 1870 census, would do a lookup in an effort to locate Patrick Edward Moran. I would be most grateful for any help.
