Speer, the last 9 children children of said Henry Speer, immediately preceding; Rachel Rigg__, Eliabeth Johnston, Mary Millson, Pleasant ___, John Speer, Apollos Speer and Na___, legatees under said will. Take notice - That to No. ___ may ___(Tenth?), 1895, of the orphan's court of Wash. Co., the Pittsburg Plate Glass Co, ___ its petition setting forth: That Speers, late of Allen Twp., said ___ died seized of a plantation composed ___ of land in said twp., leaving a Will Jan. 12, 1839, admitted to probate ___ register's office of said co. on Jan. __ 1810, and recorded in Will Book No. __ a ___; that by said will the said testator of said plantation to his son, Appollos Speer to pay Ten Thousand (!0,000) dollars __ testator's heirs within one year after his decease, in the way and manner in said will directed, the said beneficiaries being particularly designated and named, as w___ fully appear in said will, a copy of ___ fully appear in said will, a copy of will attached to said petition; that said Appollos Speer, the devisee, accepted the devise ___ plantation, and that it was allegedly claimed that the land so devised was ch__ as a lein with the payment of the sai__ ___cies amounting to the said sum of $10,000; that by diverse ___ conveyances, a portion of said plantation devised land become vested in and was ___ by the petitioner, to wit, 25 acres and ___ perches thereof, bounded by the Mon. and the appropriation of the Pitt__, Virginia & Charleston RR Co., ___ particularly described in said petition __ more than 21 years ___ had elapsed since the principal of said legacies ___ due and payable, and no payment of principle or interest had been made ___ period on account of the same, by the present? owner or owners of the land so devised ___ their predecessors in title, and ___ release, acquittance or acknowledgment to payment of said legacies was of record in said county; that all the parties ___ and legacies were as set forth ___ ___ of this notice, and their sevarl ___ were unknown to your petitioner.
