It appears to be naturalization certification in the county of Indiana, Pennsylvania. I tried researching name on ancestry.com which led me to your query and given information. If you would like a copy I would be happy to send it to you. Virginia Belle Cox was my husband's mothers name. She knew a Genevieve Waldo in Hollywood, Florida who lived in one of the apartments her and husband managed. Genevieve had a small dog and lived alone, husband was deceased. Virginia became good friends with her and took care of her the last few years of her life. She was very kind to Virginia. No known children of Genevieve.
