She was born May 9, 1911, in Washington, a daughter of Joseph and Louise Hoover Stein. She once worked as a packer and quality control inspector for Hazel-Atlas Glass, Plant 1. She was a member of Friendship Community Church, Washington. Her joys included sewing and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In 1943, she married Richard L. Durbin, who died May 25, 1959. Surviving are two sons, Richard P. Durbin of Washington and Harold C. Pitzer of High Point, N.C.; a daughter, Ann Selene Kelley of Washington; a brother, William Stein of Greenville, S.C.; a sister, Louise Sharpless of Hurricane, Utah; six grandchildren, David W. and Michael R. Lucas, Patrick Pitzer, Lucinda L. Hill, and Richard C. and David G. Durbin; and five great-grandchildren. Deceased are three brothers, Fred, Joseph and John Stein; and six sisters, Roseann Riley, Mary Jane Harbour, Rita Marlow, Elizabeth Hockersmith, Eleanor Stowell and Ruth Gault. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 23, with Pastor Floyd Marasco officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations to Friendship Community Church, 1090 Weirich Avenue, Washington, PA 15301.     3. Hello All Looking for information on: Louis Ford bn Dec 1 1880, Comaven, Wales worked: Ft. Pitt Bridge Works lived: 37 1/2 N. Jefferson Ave, Canonsburg, Washington, Pa sister: Mrs. William Poole event: WWII Draft Card dtd 1942 he married my ggaunt: Agnes J Maxwell, bn Oct 2 1884 d. Jun 21, 1944 in Los Angeles, California. They had a daughter, Alice Helena Ford bn 1 Jan 1911, Arizona d. 2 Aug 1997, Shasta, California who married an 'unknown Adams'. At some point, Louis and Agnes separated.
