Isaac POWELL supposedly had 3 wives. The 2nd wife being Hannah Baily. Isaac b. 1748/49 in Chester Co., PA & d. abt. 1819 Monongalia Co., WV. Isaac also lived in Washington Co., PA before going to Monongalia Co. late 1700's.
