Paris Blacksmith Holds Remarkable Record Paris, Aug. 24--Elias FRESHWATER, aged 72, holds a remarkable record. Mr. FRESHWATER has been in the blacksmith business since 1869 continuously. Mr. FRESHWATER learned the trade at Burgettstown. He has never used tobacco in a any form and to this cause he attributes his good health. Mr. FRESHWATER has always been a staunch Democrat and for the past quarter of a century has been treasurer of the Presbyterian church of which he is an active member. He had the honor to be a member of the first jury which convened at the Washington county court house after the erection of the new building.
