Excuse me, but I am interested in your statement below that someone was born in Cumberland, Washington County, PA in 1760. I have an obituary of a great great aunt that states she was born in 1807 in Cumberland, PA, that I assume is County. Is there a Cumberland in Washington County? That county wasn't organized until 1781 so I don't understand how someone was born there in 1760.
