    3. KELSO Miss Mary Jane KELSO died Saturday morning, March 8, 1913, at her home in Station street, McDonald. Miss KELSO was born on the KELSO farm, south of Primrose, August 14, 1840. Her parents were strong and strict Christian people. At an early age she confessed her faith in Jesus and became a member of the United Presbyterian church at Venice, Dr. A. R. ANDERSON, pastor. In this congregation she remained a faithful and consistent member until she with her sister Margaret moved to McDonald where she united by letter with the First United Presbyterian congregation. For 22 years she was a member of this congregation. Miss KELSO was very faithful in her attendance at all church services. Her disposition and devotion made her seem like that other Mary who always sat at the Master's feet. Of the family that remain to mourn her departure is Mrs. Elizabeth SPRINGER of McDonald, Mrs. A. S. DUNBAR of McDonald, Mrs. Margaret YOUNG of Crafton, Mark KELSO of North Star, and William KELSO of Bellvue, Pa. The funeral services were held in the First United Presbyterian church, McDonald, on Monday, March 10, at 11 a.m., and were conducted by the pastor Rev. W. D. IRONS, D. D., assisted by the Rev. J. P. JORDAN. The interment was in the family lot in the cemetery at Venice.
