Peter J. CHARLIER, aged 65 years, died at his home in Valley street on Tuesday evening, April 29, at 8:30 o'clock. His death was due to asthma and diabetes. He had been an invalid for several years. Mr. CHARLIER was an elder and one of the organizers of the French Church, being a charter member. The wife survives with three daughters and one son: Mrs. Jules MASQUELIER, Peter CHARLIER and Mrs. Elma LAINE, the wife of Desire LAINE, all of McDonald, and Mrs. Joseph A. GROSCHEN of Dunbar, Pa. The funeral services were held in the French Church, Thursday afternoon in charge of the Rev. Alexandre MAGE. Interment in Hilldale cemetery.
