Cecil High School Commencement Cecil Township High School commencement exercises will be held in the Venice U. P. Church, Friday evening, May 23, at eight o'clock. A class of eleven will graduate--the largest class that has ever been graduated from this High School. The baccalaureate sermon will be preached by the Rev. R. H. LITTELL in the Venice U. P.
