    3. Will of Thomas B. MCBRIDE The will of Thomas B. MCBRIDE, late of Robinson township, has been probated and letters issued to Thomas R. DONALDSON. A daughter, Martha Elizabeth WORK, wife of Earl WORK, is given the income on $5,000. At her death the money is to be paid in equal shares to the children of Martha Elizabeth WORK. All the household goods are given his wife and son, James A. MCBRIDE. His wife is given the "MILLER farm," Smith township, containing 110. The farm on which he resides is given his son, James Arthur MCBRIDE. The firm contains 225 acres. This bequest is made on condition that the widow shall have full possession and control of it and receive all rents and profits there of for her use until said son, James Arthur, shall arrive at the age of 21 years. Thereafter the widow shall have the use of three rooms in the northeasterly end of the dwelling house. The widow is given the residuary estate.
