The Oakdale and McDonald Street Railway has been bought by the West Penn Traction Company. The new owners will extend it to Carnegie on the east and to Burgettstown on the west. From Burgettstown the line will be extended to connect with the Wheeling Traction Company at Wellsburg, this being a line owned by the West Penn Traction Company.
