CARSON, age 81 years, of 422 Shady Ave. Charleroi, died at her home, April 2, 1948, at 11 a.m. She was born in Fallowfield Twp., April 12, 1866, the daughter of Franklin and Lacy WALLER MURPHY. She came to Charleroi eleven years ago from East Pike Run Twp. and was a member of the First Christian church here. She is survived by two daughters, Clara A. Carson and Alma M. Carson at home, and one brother, Jess Murphy of West Brownsville. Ruth Sprowls
