    3. BRYMER, PIERCE, SCOUVART, BRINKMAN, PORTMAN M. M. TODD was absent in Ohio last week attending the funeral of his aunt, Mrs. BRYMER. *Frankfort Springs column William Dorn, the 8 months old child of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dale PIERCE, died Monday, Jan. 6, very suddenly. Having taken a convulsion. The funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon by Dr. W. D. IRONS. Interment was in Robinson Run cemetery. Vital SCOUVART, a well known Belgian, aged 67 years died at his home on Coal street, Monday evening. Jan. 6. His death followed prolonged illness. He was a retired miner. A native of Belgium he made his home here for 27 years. He leaves his wife and one son Frank SCOUVART a merchant at Avella. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Dr. W. D. IRONS. Interment was in the Robinson Run cemetery. Mrs. Henry BRINKMAN died suddenly at her home on South Side from heart disease Monday evening at ten o'clock. Funeral services were held in St. Joseph church of Carnegie and interments were made in the church cemetery. (sic) *Oakdale column Nicholas PORTMAN aged seventy eight died suddenly at his home Monday at one o'clock. Mr. PORTMAN had been sick for a short time. He is survived by his wife eight daughters and one son. He was buried from the St. Patrick church of Noblestown at ten o'clock Thursday and interments were made in the St. Patrick cemetery.
