Has anyone had problems with Ancestry "results" pages lately? Specifically, are the first 5 links on a results page for a newspaper "clickable"-- do the links open? or does it not even try --as though the link is not properly written so it doesn't even try to open the window? Also, for link # 6 , does the page open--BUT you find many, MANY highlighted unrelated words and phrases on ONE page instead of the words you requested to find? (Normally, there may be 1 or 2 "mistakes" in highlights, but what I'm getting is sections in almost every column.) Could someone try the following and let me know what happens? Go to The Charleroi Mail (Charleroi, Pennsylvania) On the keyword box, type in "church fire" Try the first 5 links-- see if they open anything at all. Try link # 6 which should be > 1938 > September > 28 of that paper. Is text highlighted everywhere through it, including in an article about women not being allowed in the foreign service? If your experience is like mine---first 5 links unclickable--would you please go to HELP/Suport and SEND an EMAIL to technical reporting that links are broken--- give them the URL of the results page and the words you searched for. Technically, I emptied temp files; pop-ups are accepted; I turned off Norton AV... nothing helps. I'm scratching my head on this one....
