I remember being told by him and my mother that his birth certificate was destroyed in a church fire. I am assuming that this church would have been located in Ellsworth. I was wondering if anyone has any information as to the name of this church. Additionally, from my aunts and uncles I was told that one of his brothers died during childhood in Ellsworth. I am assuming that if this church had a cemetery that would be where he is buried.
