Fulton Hawk, 51, of Greensboro, died at 7:30 PM Saturday, Jan. 22, 1966 in Uniontown Hospital. Although he had been in failing health, his death was unexpected. Mr. Hawk was president of Greensboro Borough Council and chief of the Greensboro Volunteer Fire Company. He was employed at a coal gauger by the Hillman Coal Company. A son of Jacob and Edith Harvey Hawk, he was born Jan. 27, 1914, at Grays Landing and resides at Greensboro most of his life. Surviving are his wife, Doris Cannon Hawk: three sons, Dennis, of Greensboro, and David and Russell, both at home; two sisters, Nell, wife of Robert Stanley, of Hiller, and Opal, wife of Oliver Dodds, of Baltimore, Md., and four brothers, John, of Masontown, and Harry, Charles and Edward, all of Greensboro. Services were held Tuesday with burial in Monongahela Hill Cemetery. PS I'd like a copy of Peggy Crow Hawk if you have time. I don't have that one.
