I can only link "to" each page on the other site for items regarding our county. It is not possible for ME to place the Washington Co webpage link on someone else's website-- they have to do that. So, NO, users who stumble upon those items won't find a link to our (collectively "our") county website or necessarily know what is on our site. In response to others who responded on & off-list, the main issue for me is showing support for the many sites devoted to "our" county. I'm not personally offended... but it does confuse me why these choices are made to put Washington Co PA info onto a site not for Washington Co. Like I said, it just doesn't make sense to me.
