Stewart MORONEY, one of the trio of young men who took a joy ride last summer in the automobile of C. M. WADE, abandoning the machine about three miles from town, went before the court Tuesday and entered a plea of guilty to the charge against him. Upon his application the court paroled him and appointed Burgess WILES parole officer. To the burgess the young man will report. He must refrain from any intoxicating liquor and ... behave himself during the year he is under parole; otherwise he will be arrested and sentenced to an imprisonment. William STILLEY, one of the trio, was released on parole last week. Victor MCLANE, it is understood, the third young man of the party, will go before the court and admit his guilt and petition to be paroled.
