March 22, 1926 Monday Charleroi Mail page 1 TWO GIRLS ARE BROUGHT BACK TO MONESSEN After traveling thousands of miles from Czecho-Slovakia, Margaret age 18 and Elizabeth age 15, daughters of the late Michael and Anna FERICK, who lived at Monessen years ago, arrived in Monessen to make their home with relatives. The two girls were born in monessen. Soon after the birth of Elizabeth Mrs. FERICK died, and the father decided to take his daughters to his native land. Their three older sisters and two older brothers remained in Monessen. Recently FERICK died, and their brothers and sisters sent for them to return to the United States.
