PRIBILA, AMMON, STEWART Mrs. Elizabeth PRIBILA, 96, of Oakdale, died Thursday, May 26, 1983, in her home. She was born June 23, 1886, in Czechoslovakia. She survived by a daughter, Ann PRIBILA, at home; a son, Stephen J. PRIBILA of Steubenville, Ohio; and a granddaughter. Mass of Christian burial was held last Saturday in St. Patrick's R. C. Church, Noblestown, in charge of the Rev. Fr. Thomas LAKOMY. Burial was in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by the Thomas and Little Funeral Home, Oakdale. Miss Catherine L. AMMON, 33, of Manhattan Beach, Calif., formerly of the Canonsburg area, died Tuesday, May 24, 1983, in Ventura County hospital, Ventura, Calif. A daughter of Edward C. and Catherine AMMON of Canonsburg, she was born January 3, 1950, in Washington. She attended St. Patrick School and Canon-McMillan High School, graduating in 1967. A resident of California for the past 15 years, she was employed as a computer programmer by Manhattan General hospital. Surviving are two sisters, Lenora Sue and May AMMON, both of Manhattan Beach; three brothers, Edward C. AMMON II of McDonald, Melvin AMMON of Ormond Beach, Fla., and William AMMON of Manhattan Beach; and her paternal grandmother, Lenora AMMON of Washington. Mass of Christian burial was held last Saturday morning in St. Patrick's R. C. Church, Canonsburg, in charge of the Rev. Raymond A. CERCONE. Burial was in St. Patrick's cemetery, Canonsburg. William STEWART, Sr., 82, of R. D. 1, McDonald, died Monday, May 30, 1983, in the Washington Extended Care Facility. A son of Ridley and Mary Ann JEWETT STEWART, he was born December 24, 1900, in Portsmouth, England. Prior to retiring, he was employed as a coal miner by Pittsburgh Coal Co. Surviving are his wife Anna CATOLA STEWART of R. D. 1, McDonald; three sons, William STEWART, Jr., of R. D. 1, McDonald, Louis STEWART of Muse, and Ridley STEWART of McDonald; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Frank J. Nation Funeral Home, Inc., where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, in charge of the Rev. Richard MARTIN, pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, McDonald. Burial will be in Robinson's Run cemetery.
