They were shown on TV not too long ago. Carroll was from north of Belle Vernon and Davis was from south of Belle Vernon. Shirley Jones was from Smithton where her dad kept a Hotel for Yugoslavian coal miners. Noah Speer Wyle on ER is my cousin. He starred in the movie the Librarian. I have a connection to John Wayne's first wife by whom he had 4 children. She is also related to Noah Speer/Speers who founded Belle Vernon or Bellevernon in 1812/13.
