He was born in 1877 a son of the late Lawrence and Sara BEATTY ACKLIN. He is survived by his wife, Nora KELLEY ACKLIN; eight sons and daughters, Wilbur and Okal, Brownsville; Mrs. Arlis (Sylvia) Mitchell, Ohio; Miss Lillian, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Mabel Bookhardt, at home; Calvin, Pittsburgh; John and Griffith, Brownsville, twenty three grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one brother John of Carmichaels. Firends are being received in the Kitsinger Funeral Home, Brownsville where servicess will be held Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Ben F. Donley, his pastor officiating.
