The mother will be remembered as the former Miss Melezena BOYD of here. Mr. and Mrs. Gus WILKES and daughter Emma, of Van Meter visited friends here recently. Mr. and Mrs. Abram FOSTER are the parents of a baby boy born Sunday. Mother and son are getting along nicely. Mrs. Bert LYNN of Belle Vernon, a former resident, here has been taken to the Greensburg hospital where she underwent an operation for the removal of her appendix.
