    3. Dear Listers, Information passed on to me is that the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution is encouraging members to contact their legislatures to have PA do what a few other states have accomplished. That is to hold back the last 50 years of information, but to place all death certificates on line from 1906 to that point in time. This makes sense and is something that might just "fly" as we say. The NSDAR leaves this kind of thing for members to do as individuals, if they agree with that view. It seems to be a good idea to. In fact, this morning, I told a woman in another state that WV was on line while we were on a phone call that she made to me. She got on line at the same time & pulled up the record of a woman she was interested in right away. I had not know the URL for this & told her just to type in West VA Death Certificates & it worked for her just great. She took the item in to another program to print out because it wouldn't come out all on 1 page straight from the source. So - If you are so inclined write or call you legislature & eventually we might get PA included. Regards, Ellen J.
