Hello: I'm posting this to the web site, because there's a chance that the Jackson family might have had a connection to Hilton Jackson of California, and Romania Hardin Clark, granddaughter of Hiram Hilton, who lived in Mon City, per 1900 Federal census. Funeral services were held last Friday in the Frank J. Nation Funeral Home, Inc., McDonald, in charge of the Rev. Tex STRUTHERS, pastor of the Church of Christ in Christian Union, Burgettstown. Burial was in Robinson's Run cemetery. *A section of the page was cut out, the first part of this obit, and possibly 1 or 2 others are missing Mrs. Dorothy LUKAS, 66, of Valley street, McDonald, died Thursday, September 15, 1983, in the St. Clair Hospital. A daughter of the late Joseph and Marie JERIN, she was born October 22, 1916, in Pittsburgh. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Frank, died in 1977. Funeral services were held Monday morning in the Thomas and Little funeral home, McDonald, in charge of the Rev. Richard MARTIN, pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, McDonald. Burial was in Robinson's Run cemetery. Mrs. Blanche MILLS, 71, of Bramford, Conn., formerly of McDonald, died Wednesday, September 14, 1983, in Bramford. A daughter of Cora Lee ROOTS JACKSON THORNTON of McDonald, and the late Richard JACKSON, she was born November 16, 1911, in Philadelphia. Besides her mother, she leaves a brother, Richard JACKSON, Jr., of McDonald; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held last Saturday afternoon in the Thomas and Little funeral home, McDonald, in charge of the Rev. Benjamin SCOTT, pastor of the First Baptist Church, McDonald, and the Rev. Kenneth BARBOUR of Aliquippa.
