I includes some transactions of sw PA which was considered a part of VA. Some land Patent transactions are in Chester, PA, Berkeley County, WV as well as Frederick County, VA. The articles in this book are short and many of the Patent tracts are shown in one of 15 or so maps in the book and cover a period prior to 1810. First names were: Ann, David, Elizabeth, Enoch, Gideon, Hannah, Henry, Jacob, Jean, Jno., John, John Jr., Katherine, Lewis, Lydia, Margaret,Margret, Martha, Mary, Morris, Morris Jr, Rachel, Robert, Sarah, Soloman, and Thomas.
