back in 2004 I posted the message below - I was incorrect in stating that Waldo married Sarah Elizabeth Giles. He married Lillian Viola Blackburn - who was the daughter of Sarah Elizabeth Giles and Newton Demus Blackburn. Just wanted to correct this old posting. Dalbey b. abt 1860's was the first husband of Sarah Elizabeth Giles. They married about 1901, were together in the 1910 census and for 1920 census Waldo was remarried and living in Monongahela. After their divorce, Sarah married William Clarence Porter (parents of my mother in law Mildred "Mickey" Porter.) I have been unable to locate any further data on Waldo, UNTIL LAST NITE. I just love these archived newspapers. In January 1921, Waldo has come up missing. They didn't know if it was foul play or if he was mentally unbalanced due to financial problems.
