Monore Gainey of Scottdale was named defendant. The parents represented by Attorney E. D. Brown charge that their son, then eleven years old , was killed while riding on a truck belonging to Gainey throught the negligence and recklessness of the driver. The youth it was charged was thrown from the vehicle in such a manner that his leg became entangled with a wheel of the machine hurling him to his death.
