Sheriff's Office Waynesburg October 1, 1850 ------------------------------------------- As you can see, Lucy's husband's given name wasn't known probably because she moved to Licking Co., OH in 1803 and had, in fact, died there in 1845. Silas, meanwhile, had moved to Hocking Co., OH about 1815 and his next youngest daughter, Julia Ann, married George Washington Conrad about or after the time of the above notice. She died in 1857 and George later married Mary Parker, my 2ggrandmother. Her daughter Leafy Agnes, who is my ancestor, wasn't born until 1865. That's the quick version, but I have a fair amount more as well as lots of info on descendents (of Lucy), if you're interested.
