    3. Hi Pamela, I checked my files now that I'm home and found a death date for Ann Freeman - Oct 10, 1858. The source of this information is supporting documents # 6610168. The last time I was in Washington DC, I went to the DAR library and looked at the database of scanned images for their membership applications. Unfortunately, you have to be at the library in Washington to view the supporting documents. I can't find the copies that I made or any other notations on this particular set of documents because we have moved a few times since then and lots of my genealogy papers are still in boxes. I'm pretty sure this was an application for a descendant of Joseph Hill Sr. (1748 - 1828) who was the father of Rebecca Hill Freeman. I wish I could be more specific about all the details and if I happen on the copies I made or the notes I took, I'll pass them on but for now at least you have a death date for Ann. It is possible that Ann was buried in the old section of the Beallsville Cemetery. There are three Freeman children buried there and I think they are all children of William and Rebecca. The tombstones are hard to read but there is Elmira daughter of W--- Freeman, Mary Ellen daughter of --& R. Hill, and Infant Daughter of __ & R. Freeman. Ann could be there as well but her tombstone could be missing or could be one of the ones that you can't read anymore. Debbie
