Dear List,   Someone recently was asking about Washington County Civil War Soldiers.   I'm scanning a book, title below, that is available on Ancestry.  I'm in a chapter that's listing each Monongahela City/Township soldier who fought in all wars!  It lists name, dates, and what happened to them.  So, if you have Ancestry, you can access this book!  It's a great read about the formation of Monongahela, churchs, schools, soldiers, etc.     Centennial anniversary of the founding of Monongahela City, Pa. : celebrated August 27th, 1892.
