    3. Very familiar with "Old" St. Joe. I agree with all you said. The library has been very helpful. St. Joe Church hasn't helped. Not the fault of current administration. The old parish leaders didn't keep good records, even when they had a number of priests with the Bishop. I guess in those days, they didn't for see the future interest in Genealogy. My great grandparents, A.G. Harper/ Ann Rose Harper and several children are buried down on the lower right side. My GGGM Anna Schwartkop and her 2d husband plus some Kluck grand kids are near a large tree towards top of hill on right side. The Weidle family has numerous graves in Grove Hill and in Old St. Joe. My GGF Ambrose Schneider was Rose Weidle's brother. Have numerous family members in Calvary. > [Original Message] > From: Mike Kelley <mkelley77@comcast.net> > To: <PAVENANG@rootsweb.com> > Date: 4/12/2008 12:08:54 PM > Subject: [PAVENANG] "Old" St Joseph's cemetery (Oil City) > > Hey > I can feel your frustration. > I believe the "Old" St Joes cemetery to which they are referring is part of > what is now Grove Hill cemetery.
