The entrance is where Cedar Ave. and Bishop Ave. meet. Calvary is located near the Oil City High School and entrance is at Lynch Blvd. and Oak Grove St. Fr. Swoger is Pastor of St. Joseph and Assumption Church besides being the Erie Diocease Vicarate and has to travel the Diocease which is made up of several counties. There is only one secretary and she has her hands full taking care of the every day business of the church. Fr. Swoger had asked me if I would be willing to help whenever someone emailed or phoned concerning Genealogy and I said would. I am not a youngster anymore (73) and am just getting over sinus infection that has been bothering me since last October. My nephew, who also replied to you, has mostly taken over our search of Family Trees which I started but I try to help as much as possible. I, too, can ! testify that the early record keeping by the roving Priest wasn't there. If you can give me the name and dates of death and if you know the Funeral home, I will try to find the information you are looking for. As my nephew said there are headstones and markers that are missing either because of vandalism, so old you can't read them, or they never had one. I've been looking for my GAunt and GUncle grave in St. Joseph cemetery where the Funeral home says she is buried her husband is listed as buried in the Protestant section as he was Luthern. I know his section and plot number but have traveled the entire section and no headstone to be found.
