Lisa The name Elgin does not ring a bell....My Robison/Robinson family consist of Arthur (immigrated romIreland to Cnetre Co. to Cherry Tree in 1803), his wife Margaret (ne Wilson) They had 12 children.. these are the ones I know of....Arthur, Alex, Charles, William, Mathew.James, and my ancestor, Robert L born 1820 and died 1894 in Titusville Crawford Co. This is very close to Venango Co. where the family had settled. Several settled in the Titusville, Franklin area so you can check Crawford Co. as well.
