Turner of Oil City, Venango Co. PA, his children and parents. O.M. was born in 1836 in Potter Co., died 1916 in Oil City. He married Isabel Hill of Cochranton, Crawford Co. PA. His brother Nathan C. Turner married her sister, Sarah Hill. Other Turner siblings were Mary Ann, Deborah, Harrison, Nelson, Charles M. and Laura, according to an undocumented source. O.M. was the son of David Turner (b. 1797?) and Elizabeth Atwood (b. 1795?), originally from Elmira NY area.
