PA, died 1890 marr. to Levinah Grove (1815-1898) but I have yet to confirm this) their children: James Floyd Gates born after June 1880, PA Clarence Gates born app. 1875, PA CLYDE LOWRY GATES born 4 May 1876 Cooperstown, Venango Co. PA died 15 Oct 1965 Oroville, CA bur 18 Oct Chico Cemetery, Chico CA spouse CLARA CATHERINE SIEFER (d/o Wm. MO died 4 Apr 1962 Torrance CA bur 7 Apr 1962 Pacific Crest Cemetery their children: Charles Edward born 9 Feb 1929, San Diego, CA died 11 Aug 1991 LA LEROY GATES born 4 Nov 1926 Lomita CA died 27 Jul 1985 Napa CA New information based on finding in the Jackson Township, Venango Co., PA 1880 Census. Census information also indicates that both Arvilla's parents were born in PA. There is no indication on this census where William's parents were born. Any new information is greatly appreciated.
